WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS TERMS & CONDITIONS ORDERING - Orders may be faxed, mailed or phoned. Office hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. TERMS - Net 30 Days once credit is approved. 1½% per month will be added to all past due balances. NEW ACCOUNTS - Unrated customers who wish to open an account must submit a credit application. Until credit is approved, payments may be made by VISA, MasterCard, C.O.D. Money Order or Certified Check or by checks sent in advance. PACKING - Magic Sets, Rack Deals, Change Bag, Chinese Linking Rings, Milk Pitcher, Production Box and Tarot Cards may be ordered by the piece (minimum 3 pieces) or, at a discounted price, by the dozen. All other items are packed and sold in units of one full dozen . SHIPPING - Most shipments are made by United Parcel Service (UPS). Freight charges that appear on your invoice reflect actual charges of freight and insurance only - we do not add handling or packaging charges. Truck shipments are made "freight collect". FREIGHT ALLOWANCES - To qualify for freight allowances, orders must be a minimum of $200. Full freight is allowed in the 48 states only. In Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico 4% of the net invoice will be allowed in lieu of the freight allowance. There is no freight allowance for express shipments or for foreign shipments. BACKORDERS - We do not ship backorders unless requested. RETURNS - We guarantee all of our items against manufacturing defects. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Contact the freight company if merchandise is damaged in shipment. All claims must be made within 30 days. FOREIGN ACCOUNTS - Due to the cost of preparing export documentation, all shipments outside of the USA must be a minimum of $200. All payments must be in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank. Please add an additional $15 for payments made on foreign banks or for payments made by wire transfer. CUSTOMERS IN ALASKA, HAWAII , PUERTO RICO, VIRGIN ISLANDS & GUAM - An allowance of 4% of the net invoice will be applied on invoices of $200 or more in lieu of the freight prepaid terms.
